Former St Ives director Ken Pardey has joined AGI Media Packaging as a non-executive director.
Pardey, who headed St Ives multimedia division and sat on the main board, retired from the group at the end of January.
"We are very pleased at this appointment," said AGI Media Packaging Europe chief executive Lee New-bon. "Ken has tremendous experience, and I have a very high regard for his talents. He will bring a new dimension and Im very interested to listen to his observations about our business."
Pardey praised AGIs growth record the firm bought Sonys Music Printing plant last autumn and last month acquired 15m-turnover London firm TM and said he was "looking forward to contributing towards the expansion of the group and assisting in future growth".
