The firms registered address is the home address of former Colourflow managing director Tony Hooke and his wife Anne, who was also Colourflows company secretary.
Former Colourflow financial controller Stephen Harding is managing director of Millrise, with Anne Hooke as director and company secretary. The firm was incorporated on 14 January 2002.
Tony Hooke is claimed to have no financial involvement in Millrise, although Harding said: "Tony is helping me on a day-to-day basis to get it running smoothly."
The six shops taken over by Millrise, which will continue to operate under the Colourflow name, are Basingstoke, Chertsey, Dorking, Farnborough, New Malden and Woking.
Last week, Documedia Solutions, a subsidiary of ControlP, bought the goodwill and assets of Colourflows two London operations, the West End digital print site and north London large-format centre, which Colourflow bought from the receivers of Elements at the end of 2000.
Harding also told PrintWeek that Richard McGall had bought the Oxford branch of Colourflow, which Andersen was planning to close. McGall declined to comment as PrintWeek went to press.
