The contract covers statements, invoices and credit notes. Adare Lexicon will manage the process in-house from daily data receipt to despatching the documents to the end customer.
"Adare Lexicon took a long-term partnership approach to the proposal, considering in-depth what our future requirements were likely to be and how it could provide a solution," said ATS Euromaster head of procurement Valerie Stevens.
According to Adare Lexicon sales and marketing director Angus Walker, it was the firm's other services that helped win the deal. The firm has e-billing software BillNow and Docucorp, which automates the design, production, management and delivery.
ATS will utilise Lexicon's Xerox DP180 Highlight Colour System, which was the first to be installed in the UK last year.
Meanwhile, dsi Billing Services has clinched a five-year contract with Leeds City Council worth 500,000.
