The London-based repro firms' work in progress, including jobs for BBC Worldwide and Tesco Recipes, was also included in the deal.
Vision managing director Deborah Hall said: "We'll be giving our London-based customers the option of moving their work to the new company, Vision London, to be closer to home. However, this won't be until we're confident that the same quality can be achieved."
Hall is also looking into upgrading the kit to bring it to the same level as her company and, if necessary, will change the current Crescendo workflow to Prinergy, which is used at Milton Keynes.
Vision Milton Keynes has 14 staff and customers include Argos, Millets and Tesco Club Card.
