The company will go into liquidation following a meeting of creditors scheduled for 15 November. Production at the company stopped on 27 October.
No financial details have as yet been released regarding the printer's debts, although industry sources have said that Howard Smith Paper is among the creditors.
Company accounts for the end of 2003 show that a 654,000 loss was incurred in 2003, compared to a 656,000 loss in 2002.
As PrintWeek went to press, auditor PKF of Cardiff was in the process of valuing the assets of the company and preparing a statement of affairs to present to the creditors on Monday. Company accounts value its assets at 632,000.
Cotswold Printing Company was unavailable for comment.
