Personally, to achieve wealth in all its forms. Business-wise, to educate the industry on the enormous value of brand point management, the science of creating consistent and compelling experiences at every customer touch point

Emerging naked into a hotel corridor at 3am, having opened the door that I thought was to the bathroom
