For some reason they call me Darth Vader at work, it must be my tolerant personality
Why did you get into printing?
I joined the family firm as engineer in-between jobs and have remained ever since

I always wanted to work in the theatre but the dramas of print finishing may have put me off now

Basil Fawlty, we have a similar management style

Bad payers and bullies

It could only be my father Alvin Brown our current chairman, he made finishing look easy

Hanging upside down repairing a fuel tank on a Jaguar fighter jet
