Q&A: Emma Moore, client services director, Print Monkey

Emma has spent 18 years in print, including a four-year spell as Nick Dixon’s PA. As well as being a director at Leicestershire print and marketing solutions company Print Monkey she also has two little monkeys of her own at home. Emma set up Print Monkey five years ago and is a big champion of women in business, and is the leader of Loughborough business group, the Achievers Academy for Women. Emma’s other passions including a liking for Northern Irish indie rock bands, and she describes her hobbies as ‘running and wine’ – we’re wondering if there could be a Dixon connection again regarding the latter?

Why did you get into printing? 

By accident. It was never promoted when I was at school

PA to the Duchess of Cambridge

One Direction concert tickets for my daughter

Negativity

Who do you admire most in the industry? 

Nick Dixon, former chief executive of DST Output/Lateral Group. His ability to get results from people is second to none, I lasted four years as his PA!

A picnic in the sun with my family

Health and happiness, without them everything else is really hard work
