What attracted you to your new role?
The chance to create a new department and build a team that will be a key part of the business.

What will your main responsibilities be?
Developing an operations department that will be a centre of excellence for the firm. A key focus is supplier management and evaluation, while keeping an eye on new technologies.   

How long have you been in print?
Almost 10 years in print management and direct mail.

What are your new firm’s specialisms?
It was the first print management company to introduce ISO 12647 standard proofing and the only print management company to offer its own downstream access postal delivery service specifically designed for direct mail.

What are your goals in your new role?
To gain ISO 19001 accreditation and to look at the relationships we have with our suppliers.

What were your responsibilities in your previous position?
I worked my way up from administrator to account manager, and then to a client relationship manager.

Who will be working for you in your new role?
I will put together a team of production managers.
