No such thing, other than businesses that require a communications piece delivered to a high standard

We sell nationwide

What’s your USP? 

We don’t know – but it’s obviously working, as we will have been doing this for 10 years as of May 2015

What’s your company’s motto or mission statement? 

‘RNB Group, the home of Intelligent Communications’ – it sums up what we do, we’re about more than simply stuffing items into envelopes

What equipment do you run? 

We love our Konica Minolta colour and mono lasers, they really are workhorses and produce excellent quality. We have Challenger and Buhrs enclosing lines with three-way match, plus a Norpak polywrap line and inkjet personalisation

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years? 

We’ve seen it all and we’ve come through the other side, while others have gone to the wall

Where do you see your business in five years’ time? 

We’d hope to have nearly doubled in size/turnover in that time

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit? 

Digestive. Aren’t they the only biscuit?
