DXG Media is based in Dukinfield Greater Manchester, in a purpose-built modern industrial unit

How many staff do you have?

Our team is now 30 strong, working 24 hours a day five days a week

What does your firm do?

We are really good at all types of commercial print in particular bespoke brochures

What’s your typical customer?

A typical customer? These days we could be dealing with a small client, who only needs 10 brochures to take to a small exhibition, through to a large blue-chip international client who requires hundreds of thousands of brochures produced and distributed. We are very comfortable dealing with most types of client businesses

What’s your USP?

It has to be the great attitude of our team, together with our attention to detail. We want to look after our clients and deliver excellence in the products we produce

What equipment do you run?

We run small-format digital and are just exchanging our old digital press for a brand new Heidelberg Versafire. Our litho department houses modern B2 and B1 Heidelberg multi-colour equipment and we have a range of in-house finishing facilities

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years?

We have won a number of awards over the years. You are always proud to be recognised for the good work you do

Where do you see your business in five years’ time?

In five years’ time I would very much like to see more growth within the company. We are planning some further equipment investment too

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit?

We are split 50/50 on the favourite biscuits – it’s a dead heat between a milk chocolate digestive or a Hobnob
