The campaign, in support of Xeikon’s 3300 and 3000 presses, invited label printers to have a selection of their own labels printed on a Xeikon 3300. To take part, they uploaded their files on a dedicated part of the Xeikon.com website and then waited to receive a dedicated sample box.
Xeikon said that it had received requests from all over the world in response to the offer.
Filip Weymans, business development manager for labels and packaging at Xeikon, said: This campaign is a perfect example of how digital printing, implemented in a digital production environment, allows printers to think outside the box and to get insight in offering new services, discover new businesses.

Label printing specialist Xeikon has said that its 'Do the Benchmark' campaign to back the launch of two new presses has been a global success.
