Repman, who joined Wyndeham as group financial controller last year, is an accountant with 20 years experience in commercial groups, local authorities and retail.
"Promotion will allow me to get closer to the business and add value across the group," she said. "It's an exciting opportunity and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in."
Chief executive Paul Utting added: "Zoe has made a significant contribution since joining the group and I’m confident she will be a great success.
"We are sorry Andy has decided to leave the business and would like to wish him well in his new venture."
A Wyndeham spokeswoman said: "There was nothing untoward about Andy's departure. He's decided to take on another opportunity; we wish him well and have recruited from within."
