The 55-staff, Staffordshire-based printer is also in the process of becoming ISO 9001 certified.
Mark Cooper, environmental officer and health and safety officer at the company, said: "We like to apply best practice and work towards a greener future and, as a manufacturer, you have to take that responsibility.
"The decision to become certified is also backed up by the business angle. The sectors we work in include blue chip and government – and they do require the certifications."
The company has also become ISO 12647 certified, but has decided against becoming PEFC certified.
Cooper added that implementing the standards, which included waste segregation and cost-saving processes, was quite a simple process as the staff were already well adapted to working environmentally.
