The event, which will take place at the Holiday Inn, Newport on 5 July from 9.30am to 4.00pm, will feature a demonstration of HP's Latex DesignJet LS25500 printer.
William Smith is also using the roadshow to demonstrate the latest 3M substrates that include the Contra Vision performance perforated window film and the Clear View 8150 graphic film.
In addition, the company will be showcasing Easymount laminators and precision cutters from Graphtec and Summa.
Chris Bradley, marketing manager at William Smith, said visitors to the roadshow would be able to take advantage to a raft of discounts on selected materials and hardware products.
"They will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of our products and services and learn more about new materials and a range of hardware products," he added.
