As we encounter hundreds of typefaces every day, mostly without realising, the British Library has arranged an evening to commemorate and celebrate all fonts from centuries-old Garamond to 20th century Helvetica. Leading designers Jonathan Barnbrook, Lara Captan and Jeremy Tankard will be on hand to talk about their own individual processes. Full price tickets for the event at the library’s Knowledge Centre are £12. To book, visit: https://bit.ly/2JLrSrU
