The Reading-based company, which is ISO 14001 and 9001 certified, said one of the key factors that influenced the business's decision was the Bipper's low CO2 emissions.
Jason Harris, Thames Print Room sales and marketing director, said: "We chose these vans because they have one of the lowest rates of CO2 emissions available.
"As a company, we aim to keep emissions as low as possible and use the right inks and paper on our presses. We're very aware of our footprint."
Each van does around 25,000 miles per year, and the vehicles' new signage was applied in waterproof vinyl by Reading-based Art Signs and Graphics.
Thames Print Room produces banners, signs, banner stands, leaflets, brochures and reports.
