The Leicester-based supplier now offers the 1,300mm Mutoh Valuejet 1204 wide-format printer. Capable of printing at resolutions up to 1,440dpi with a maximum output speed of 14m2 an hour, the Valuejet 1204 uses Mutoh's Eco Solvent Ultra inks.

Suitable for the production of posters, banners and backlit signage, the 1204 model features 12 different print modes and is specified with Calder RIP software.

Tetenal UK also now offers the Starter 1400 cold laminator model from Kala. The entry-level machine, which is targeted at sign-makers, photo laboratories and print-shops, is suitable for substrate widths up to 1,400mm.

Kala managing director Laurent Bouchard said: "The Starter is a very appropriate name. Not only is it an entry level machine, but it is also the ‘start’ of what Kala hopes is a new trend: a competitively priced quality machine fully designed and manufactured in Europe."

In addition to the new equipment offering, the supplier is also offering its Easy Tack Wallpaper, a 220gsm stock designed for wallpaper, poster and decorative applications.

The self-adhesive paper can be used on a rage of wide-format print devices and is also available as a non-adhesive 170gsm option.
