The Leicestershire-based company will be responsible for the print production of a book of stories edited by Garrick Webster.
There will be 12 stories in total, accompanied by 144 pieces of artwork. Taylor Bloxham is printing and binding the book free of charge.
Proceeds from sales of the book, which will initially go on sale as a limited first edition, will go to the charity.
Taylor Bloxham sales director Graham Farrell said: "Taylor Bloxham has always embraced projects such as Memories and when Garrick Webster first approached us a few months back, his explanation of the project and enthusiasm for it meant it was an easy decision to get involved with Memories."
The Maggie Keswick Jencks Cancer Caring Centres Trust was founded by Maggie Keswick Jencks in 1995 to provide support for people and their families affected by cancer.
Webster, who is one of four co-founders of the Memories project, said: "We are proud to be working with Taylor Bloxham and their support means we can focus our creativity on producing a unique collection of stories and artwork that will be a joy to own."
Artists featured include Vaughan Oliver, Si Scott, Ollie Munden, Deanne Cheuk, Simon Spilsbury and Emily Forgot.
