The Basingstoke-headquartered print group, which also had sites in Solihull, Lymington and Plymouth, appointed Daniel and Simon Plant of SFP as joint administrators on 25 February.
Simon Plant said that Synergie, which had a turnover of £6.5m at its peak, had fallen victim to the "continual decline in the print industry in recent years" resulting from "substantial competition from Eastern Europe and the Far East as well as an increase in online usage".
"Unfortunately, Synergie Group experienced the additional effects of a number of customers struggling to pay its debts as they fell due," he added.
"We have successfully negotiated a sale of certain parts of the business and buyers for the remaining tangible assets are being sought."
Synergie Group sold its Newbury-based business, White Horse Press, to Reebrooks Print Media owner Martin Reed last December, four months after Synergie agreed a CVA with its creditors.
