At a meeting of creditors today, insolvency practitioner Smith and Williamson was appointed as liquidator of the business.
A spokeswoman for Smith and Williamson told PrintWeek that it was trying to find a buyer for the company's assets; however, she could not say any more at this stage.
Quantum Print UK, which traded as SV Two, went into administration in June this year after an attempt to repay creditors was nixed. At the time managing director Rob Philips said that the digital side of the business was unaffected.
SV Two Digital was unavailable for comment.
