“I was a little bit nervous coming into the show for the first time, but it has been excellent for us. We’ve had multiple sales on the stand and generated a substantial lead bank. As a small company it has been a great way to boost our profile,” said Smart Print managing director Richard Fyson.
The Welwyn Garden City firm, which is a reseller for OKI, Ricoh, Xerox and the RTI's Memjet-powered Vortex label printer, demonstrated a Ricoh Pro C5100S and OKI and Vortex technologies on its 15sqm stand.
“The show has more than paid for itself in terms of sales, and when we start going through the lead bank I’m sure it will over deliver. Hopefully we’ll be back here again,” added Fyson.
The firm used the last day of the show to draw the winner of the Samsung Galaxy Gear smart watch that was up for grabs in its show promotion, with the winner revealed as Mark Shipley of Rose Calendars in Colchester.
