Jaz is Sappi's digital paper range for high-speed inkjet printing, and is targeted at digital printers from full-colour transactional mail to transpromo and highly-personalised direct mail.

The fully-recyclable paper is produced at the company's Biberist mill in Switzerland, which is ISO 14001, FSC and PEFC chain of custody certified.

Anne-Sophie Gombart, Sappi's business development manager digital papers, said: "Perfect runability has been a key motto during the papers development because it is so crucial to printers' profitability as well as to their need for flexibility and very fast processing.

"Both Jaz and Jaz silk have been thoroughly tested on various finishing equipments to ensure consistent high performance."

The Hunkeler Innovationdays take place next week, from 14-17 February, in Lucerne, Switzerland.
