The Braintree, Essex-based company produces work for a range of clients including Honda UK, Biffa Waste Care and a major supermarket and it said this latest investment has boosted capacity at the four-staff business.
Ryan Fairweather, managing director at Revolution, said: "We were looking for a flatbed machine that could cope with a high volume of work, provide the quality our customers expect of us and not over stretch the company financially.
"As soon as our first Agfa Anapurna was up and running we quickly reached a point where we required even more capacity."
Despite giving the £1.2m-turnover company extra scope to complete flatbed jobs, Fairweather said the business is already nearing capacity on its new machine.
"We can now serve both our large and smaller clients without compromising either. Previously we would have turned away some jobs but for now, we can fulfill them both," he added.
Revolution Signs is using the 23sqm per hour six-colour printers to print direct on to substrates such as Dibond and Foamex; the latter is output at 500 sheets per week.
"The installation of these two Anapurnas has been a major leap forward for us with fantastic help and support from Agfa," said Fairweather.
