The business process outsourcing contract covers the printing of marketing collateral, production and delivery of transactional documents and inbound document processing.
RR Donnelley GDS will also work with Prudential UK to manage its on-site MFDs and print rooms as well as scanning, indexing and archiving documents.
The Huntingdon, Cambs-based print manager will also be responsible for the introduction of new digital communication channels between Prudential UK and its customers.
Prudential UK and Europe operations director Tulsi Naidu said: "We believe that RR Donnelley will add significant value in enabling our communicaions to be even more effective and efficient in reflecting our deep commitment to our customers."
Financial details of the deal, which runs until 2021, were not disclosed.
