The West Yorkshire-based company, which employs 12 staff, was selected from 60 print managers nationwide following a vote by IPIA members.
Mike Roberts, managing director of Proof and Print, which recently won a contract for the design of all marketing material for Dublin Airport Authority, said that companies that continued to promote themselves would be better placed to survive the recession.
"Proof and Print offers expert advice, ideas and cost-effective solutions to get the most from our clients' shrinking design and print budgets," he added.
Proof and Print was founded in Birstall, West Yorkshire, in 1990 and was acquired by Mike Roberts in 2004.

Proof and Print was named Print Manager of the Year at the Independent Print Industries Association (IPIA) annual awards dinner last week.
