Mark Andy a supplier of flexographic print technologies will debut with a strong, proven solution at the show. A dedicated presentation,"There's nothing conventional about it – Performance Series" will be showcased live at the Mark Andy and Flexo Image Graphics stand at Labelexpo India.
Central to the Performance Series the solution is in a revolutionary print station/print deck design. Also the new Mark Andy performance series P3 and P5 models will be on display with a full 6-color unit showcasing the latest in live daily demonstrations.
Gerhardt will unveil at Labelexpo India 2010 the High Blade Flexi which is one of seven new flexi die innovations. "It is able to cut through materials with a calliper up to 0.9 mm thick, and up to 5 mm if they compress. The high blade Flexi will ensure cost effective converting of materials like board, foam and laminates, opening up to applications such as seals and gaskets, medical devices, booklet labels, cardboard and folding cartons," said Bo Meyer, group technical director, Gerhardt International.
Xeikon is introducing the Xeikon 3000 Series allowing label printers and converters to take advantage of the right speed points, productivity and printing widths to optimise their label printing environments. Presented at the show also will be the Xeikon 3500 which runs at a high speed and allows the printers to save time.
Tectonic International will exhibit their V5 plate mounting machine and K2 inspection system."Customers report a 20% saving on waste when using our V5 because of the V5's accuracy," stated the Tectonic association. Tectonic association adds: "K2colour-check is the only low-cost system available in the market which offers the printer and manager, a simple to use system capable of measuring and displaying the colour stability of the print process."
BST Sayona Automations will display a new range of narrow web inspection slitter / rewinder by the brand name Perfecto™ for the label industry. "The Perfecto™ inspection rewinder is available in models such as the Perfecto LabelSpect™ and Perfecto LabelSlit™ which can be customised as per the requirements of the customer," said Tappan Patel, managing director at BST Sayona.
The other vital product to be launched at the show include: Delta Industrial, showcasing their custom engineering solutions in a medical process demonstration with Weldon Celloplast; PC Industries to showcase the Guardian PQV and the Guardian OLP Offline PDF Proofing System along with other companies exhibiting their product launches.
