Procter & Gamble to shed European tissue arm

Procter & Gamble, the fast-moving consumer goods giant, is to sell its Western European tissue and towel business to global consumer goods and paper company SCA.

It is expected that staff at five manufacturing plants in Europe will work for SCA.
