The networking event, which was held on 30 April, attracted visitors and speakers from companies including Polestar, Konica Minolta and Sun Chemical, and covered a series of issues from training to technical innovations.
John Procter, business manager for digital communications at Leeds City College's technology campus, said: "The response was absolutely positive. More people turned up than we expected and we plan to run follow up events later in the year."
The talks offered a range of advice and assistance to local businesses with around 50 people from Yorkshire businesses present during the evening.
Martin Hill from Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, said: "I liked the fact there was a wide range of topics and not targeted at one particular sector. When word gets round about events like this I am sure they will become more popular."
Other speakers during the evening included figures from Esko, Business Link, ixPressia, UPM Kymmene, Nordson and the Manufacturing Advisory Service.
"I thoroughly enjoyed the event and was able to take away something from all the speakers," added Stephen Goldthorpe, digital communications manager at DS Smith Multigraphics.
