Vishnu Kamat, assistant vice president sales at AGS, said: "Today, automation is the key for faster turnaround and to achieve highest quality. The operator doesn’t have to set the parameters manually."
Kamat added: "The advantage of the Ink Pre-set and Press Close Loop Control is that the individual key zone is displayed and information regarding the colour is shown on the screen. The operator can get the ink data directly from the one-bit TIFF file, which means one need not invest in the CIP3. This is not only cost effective but also provides an opportunity for further development. With this system, the human dependency is reduced."
Also on display at the AGS stall is the SpectroEye, IC plate reader,DensiEye700,500 series spectrodensitometer, ink formulation and colour quality software.
According to Vishnu Kamat, the system displayed in the stall will not only add to the productivity but also the quality of any printing firm.
The demonstration of the system can be watched in Hall 12A in Stall 64.
