The business is expanding into the area on the back of growing demand for small orders for information-based POS and had already installed flexo and offset technology to meet this.

Director Christian Normand said: "We already had narrow-width offset capability, but to effectively strengthen our foothold in large format POS we needed to complement our line-up.

"The FB7500 enables us to print an entire graphic in one go, whereas our smaller offset equipment required two-piece production."

The six colour machine prints at up to 500sqm an hour and can handle substrates up to 165x320cm and 25mm thick.

Normand added that the machine is also able to cater for smaller format work on substrates including Dibond, Forex and Akylux.

The company serves clients in the retail, cosmetics and IT sectors as well as number of advertising and creative agencies.
