The Ashford, Kent-headquartered business has renamed its JEM Digital Print operation to Orbital Print in a bid to cross-sell its services to clients across the group.
The 10-staff print operation, which acquired Kent business The Print Room earlier this year, following its owner's retirement, specialises in short-run book production and commercial printing services.
Orbital's MacDonald Mailing operation, which runs from a 5,575sqm site in Sittingbourne, Kent, has also been rebranded as Orbital Mailing.
The mailing facility runs eight polywrappers, five envelope inserters with a sixth 12-station line to be added shortly. It also has three lasers and two Buskros for inkjet addressing of products such as postcards and envelopes.
The final part of the group rebrand has resulted in Orbital Response & Fulfilment losing the fulfilment element of its name. Based in Northampton, the 9,230sqm facility houses the group's pick-and-pack operation, as well as its call centre business.
According to Paul Markland, group managing director at Orbital Marketing Services Group, the rebrand will allow the three companies to better serve each client base.
He said: "We are bringing our three skill-based businesses, each with its own client base and focus on a specific but complementary capability, into line using consistent branding and refreshed logos to clearly reflect their link to the Orbital family."
£27m-turnover OMSG has nine sites across the country, which includes five sector-based business. These include BP Travel Marketing Services, Au Logistics, JEM Education Marketing Services, PMD Healthcare Marketing Services and Take One Media. It employs 500 staff.
