The event, organised by the Stationers' Company Industry, will take place on Monday (17 November) at 6pm at Stationers' Hall.

Guest speakers include Bill Murray, managing director of group digital strategy at Haymarket Publishing, Richard Withey, former global director of Independent News and Media, and Clive Holtham, professor of Information Management at City University.

PD Richards, chairman of Stationers' Company Industry, said: "The speed with which businesses are changing and the pace of technical development, particularly in telecommunications, points to no-one being immune from the effects of such changes.

"Businesses will decline, individuals will suffer. This evening will demonstrate how not to be left on the sidelines, the what, why and how of future business to business and individual communication and why you must be a winning part of it."
