Jamison fills a vacant full time UK-based role, and moves from her position as chief executive of LighterLife UK, where she was responsible for 350 franchisees across the UK and ROI.
She said: "I'm really keen to get started at On Demand Communications.
"Putting a first-class service at the heart of the proposition is fundamental to how I work, and I hope my experience of the franchising model will go a long way to ensuring we can do this better than ever before."
Jamison has also headed up the marketing function at Virgin Cosmetics, which involved working with around 6,500 selling agents, as well as a retail portfolio.
At ODC, she will lead strategic direction and oversee the day-to-day running of the business, while also assuming the responsibilities of commerical director Fiacra Nagle.
Nagle is departing from his position in March to take up a role as managing director of Compass Group in Dublin.
ODC non-executive group chairman Keanlan Lennon said: "Sara will bring valuable experience across sales, training, marketing, retail and franchising which will enhance our abilities to grow our brand presence and franchisee operations into the future."
