The machine, which can take rigid and roll-fed materials up to 20cm thick, uses a proprietary flexible ink to ensure adhesion to flexible substrates and on rigids being cut.
Alongside the Zephyr, Mutoh will also give debuts to two other recently announced products in the UK: the Kona series of cutters and the Viper Extreme direct-to-textile printer.
Arthur Vanhoutte, managing director at Mutoh Europe, said: "Mutoh Europe recognises the importance of the Sign & Digital UK show as a key industry event for the sign and commercial print community in the United Kingdom."
Sign & Digital UK is due to take place on 13-15 April at the NEC in Birmingham.
