Through the deal, Litho Supplies has been given access to Danwood's range of production print equipment that comprises kit from Xerox, Konica Minolta and Sharp.
The partnership also spans a raft of personalisation, cross media and web-to-print software.
According to Eddie Williams, managing director at Litho Supplies, the tie-up complements the supplier's existing portfolio of wide-format and CtP equipment.
He said: "The agreement with the Danwood Group enables us to offer our customers a range of products from leading manufacturers, including Konica Minolta, Xerox and Sharp, along with the software solutions to power them.
"This partnership will enable the Litho Supplies sales team to introduce digital printing solutions safe in the knowledge that they will have the ongoing support from one of the UK's leading suppliers."
Litho Supplies will use Danwood's dedicated production service team and its call centres in Lincoln, Livingston and Cardiff to offer local service backup.
Martin Dean, sales director of the Danwood Group graphics and production systems division, added: "I am very pleased indeed to partner Litho Supplies in this way. Litho Supplies has a very strong brand in the graphic arts market and a fantastically loyal customer base built up over many years.
"We are very excited that they have chosen Danwood in this new venture, and we are looking forward to helping Litho Supplies’ customers profit from digital print."
In February, pre-press and inkjet equipment manufacturer Agfa Graphics acquired Litho Supplies in a below the radar deal.
