The finishing machine is able to produce a number of different card sizes, including postcards, at speeds of up to 5,000 cards per hour.
The Zip 10M incorporates an adjustable blade cassette to slit the sheet and a guillotine cross cuts as it advances through the machine.
The model works from either a registration mark or lead edge. In addition, the Zip 10M has eight fixed programs and two adjustable programs.

While the big names of the post-press sector will be demonstrating kit that takes up a sizable amount of stand space, there are some pieces of equipment with a considerably smaller footprint that will make a similar impact. Caslon's Zip 10M is one of two new card cutters that will be launched by the family-owned company at Ipex.
