Fuji believes that the next step in the digitisation of print is the sheetfed B2 inket press. Its argument is that most digital work has yet to include personalisation and the biggest issue is time and cost-effective production of work between 500 and 2,000 copies, which it believes makes up a huge proportion of the market, but is ill-served by either toner-based digital or sheetfed offset. It's all about the total cost of ownership, but you'll have to wait until the show before Fuji will break down the figures.
