The Leeds-based, £10m-turnover company was bought out three weeks ago in an MBO by its head of media Jamie Allan and client services director Steve Sowden.
Liaision Print Management works with over 100 brands and specialises in direct marketing print production. It also offers web-to-print and storage and distribution services.
Chris Henry, the former owner and managing director of Liaison Print Management, is still a shareholder and is to remain with the company in a business development position for the next five years. Sarah Wiles has been promoted to head of Liaison Print Management.
Allan said: "The existing owners felt that it was time to hand over the reins and we wanted to push the business forward. At the moment it is very much business as usual but we are now looking to focus on building the digital services that we offer."
The new Intermarketing Board is former Intermarketing managing director Glenn Patterson as chairman, Steve Sowden and Jamie Allan, joint managing partners, Chris Henry, new business director for Liaison Print Management, Andy Watson, financial director, Paul Mountford, group creative director and Michael Harris, creative director.
