MCAARP Holdings acquired the £800,000 turnover business last week. Wales-based Mooreforms specialises in short-run, quick turnaround work for trade clients. It employs 11 staff and has sales of around £800,000.
Mark Cornford, managing director at £58m turnover Integrity Print, described Mooreforms as "the nippy little speedboat alongside the battleship that is Integrity".
He said: "When I first visited Mooreforms, I could see beyond the initial impression of a short-run business forms firm that had started to lose its way.
"I saw the fire and determination in the eyes of the Mooreforms staff and was convinced that we should buy the business."
Mooreforms will be run independently from the main group. It will also keep its separate identity and remains at its current south Wales location.
Integrity Print’s purchase of Mooreforms marks its third acquisition since Cornford led an MBO of the former Communisis-owned business forms printer in July 2008.
The company previously purchased the business and assets specialist label printer Topflite Labels out of administration in February 2009.
