The B2 digital press was installed at the firm’s premises two weeks ago - part of a £1m investment over the past three months.
The business already operates an HP Indigo 5500, which it will continue to run as a back-up.
The 11-tonne, seven-colour Indigo 10000 has a maximum print width of 750mm and uses HP’s ElectroInk. It has a print speed of 3,450sph, which is equivalent to 230 A4 ppm.
Chief executive Steve Harding said: “The press is going to help us tremendously with our added-value work in-house and also enable us to give quicker service to our clients.
“We know we’ve got the work to fill it and the addition of the two significant customers made it clear that this investment was a safe decision.”
The company, which is based in Feltham, near Heathrow Airport, moved to new premises around three months ago, in order to accommodate the new press. The new 1,200sqm building has more than doubled the firm's space.
“The business has grown and grown. Our turnover grew by 35% last year and this year is likely to topple that,” said Harding.
HPS, which was established six and a half years ago, serves clients including airlines, retailers and food companies.
Harding works alongside managing director James Jose, who took an equity stake in the business earlier this year.
