Birmingham-based Hollywood Monster, which employs 65 staff, is producing sales and marketing signage, banners, flags and vinyl graphics for the group that includes Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes on a two-year contract.
The company said it had to demonstrate it had the infrastructure to manage and handle the contract's potential volume while ensuring it had the ability to consistently manage the company's brand identity.
Andy McKenzie, commercial director at Hollywood Monster, said: "We are delighted to have agreed a long-term deal with such a successful and prominent housing developer.
"We very much look forward to working closely with Barratt Developments in delivering the best service for their customers."
Last month Hollywood Monster produced what it believes is the UK's largest ever banner display as part of an ongoing contract with the Westfield shopping centre group.
It produced the banner for the launch for Europe's largest shopping centre, Westfield Stratford City in East London, next to the Olympic stadium.
The banner, which features retail images, was produced on an HP Revolution wide-format press in 15m x 5m tiles.

Hollywood Monster has been appointed as one of three preferred suppliers to Barratt Developments, providing signage and graphics as part of the developer's annual display print spend.
