HH Global appoints corporate strategist Tolman as non-exec

HH Global has appointed Jeffery Tolman, a previous deputy chairman and chief executive, strategy, at Saatchi & Saatchi, as a non-executive director.

Tolman, a career strategist who has advised blue chip and international businesses for over 25 years, has held a number of non-exec positions and been an operating partner at private equity firm Duke Street.

After leaving Saatchi & Saatchi he subsequently set up Tolman Cunard, a specialist corporate advisory firm, whose clients included Bloomsbury Publishing, Boots, Diageo, ICI, Mirror Group, Rexam and UBS.

Robert MacMillan, chief executive of HH Global, said: "Jeffery brings just the right combination of skills and experience, as we move into the next stage of our international development, and we look forward to the benefit of his contribution."

Tolman is an honorary professor at Warwick Business School and continues to advise at chief executive level.
