The Fife-based listed company, which owns Showcard Print and Showcard Display, this morning (8 April) reported a pre-tax profit increase of 23% and a revenue increase of 9% from 1 January to 31 December, 2007.
It remains optimistic about the POS market following Showcard Print's purchase of a four-colour KBA Rapida 205 last May.
Havelock Europa finance director Grant Findlay said: "We've seen a lot of positive growth after installing the KBA and are now in the process of researching digital kit with a view to investing later this year."
Havelock Europa operates in the retail, education and point of sale markets. Print accounts for an estimated 20% of the group's income.
