Additions to XMF PrintCentre V3 include a text editor module to enable users to manage variable text within the existing WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) template editor.
Other updates include an enhanced PDF pre-flight control for ad-hoc print jobs, and a larger preview pane to view jobs being ordered.
Fujifilm has also included new front and back office capabilities that allow firms to add wide-format printed products to the XMF PrintCentre web store.
Fujifilm Europe business strategy manager John Davies said: "We have also introduced different elements to the system to suit the requirements of wide format printers, reflecting the need for the customised sizing of specific printed items and for flexibility in how these types of printed products are priced."
Earlier this month, Fujifilm unveiled a cloud-based colour management system, XMF ColorPath, as one of the major new features in the latest version of its XMF workflow.
The manufacturer said that the developments in XMF v5 and XMF Remote v9 were designed to promote "ease-of-use" without compromising the comprehensive functionality of the software.
