The Romford-based UK branch of the international communications company said it hopes to spark conversations with visitors.
Members of Neopost’s 10-strong print-focused team will be on hand to suggest ways print companies could branch out into mailing fulfilment, multichannel communications, data management or response handling.
“Though we chose not to join PrintWeekLive! last year, we spoke to many of our well-respected industry connections who enjoyed very positive experiences,” said marketing manager Antony Paul. “This year, we decided it would be a good fit for us.
“Our exhibition will be very conversational, and we want to show printers how they might want to add new services to their offering. We can look at how sustainable your business is and see how you might enhance it by adding fresh services.”
Neopost will also be running a workshop session focused on similar ideas of diversification, as well as the potential opportunities presented by the incoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules, set to come into force in May.
Paul said: “Our workshop programme is still developing, but it will focus on how you can build profitability and business growth with diversified services – why you should do it, what you should do, and what results you can expect.
“Three main reasons you should hear what we have to say are that you will understand how to succeed in new incremental revenue streams, customer retention, and enhanced competitor differentiation.”
Neopost also sells mailing equipment to aid its customers' transitions into new avenues of business.
Its team will be found at stand F1 during PrintWeekLive!, which takes place at the Wasps Arena, Coventry, on 7-8 March. To register, visit printweeklive.com.
