Design Challenge entries must incorporate this year’s show theme, ‘Print in Action’, must be printed in A4 size and should include key details of the event such as venue, date and a visitor call to action.
Entry deadline is midnight on 27 April and winners will be notified by 12 May. All shortlisted entries will be published in print and online ahead of the event and will also be on display in the Print in Action zone during the show.
The competition is designed to boost fresh talent in the industry and, according to the organisers, aligns with the event’s Future Skills Zone, an area of the event dedicated to promoting print and its related industries to young people as potential career options. The zone is backed by the BPIF, Brief Cases, IPIA, Picon, PrintIT!, and the Printing Charity.
Ipex 2017 takes place at NEC Birmingham from 31 October to 3 November.
