Users came from around the world, including Australia, Japan, China, India and South American countries. Harsha Paruchuri of Pragati Offset who was the Indian participant said: "I was quite impressed with the Automation Engine and am looking forward to using it in our own workflows. Apart from the roadmap sessions, I found out about some new products too, which were quite interesting - one of them being the Equinox system of using seven colours for large gamut printing."
"The conference offered various solution tracks covering a wide-range of topics like: digital flexo, commercial printing pre-press, packaging pre-press, structural design and short-run production, 3D design applications, brand management software and packaging digital print," said Rao.
Each of these tracks were built up from four sessions: presentations, roadmap sessions, training sessions and hands-on sessions.
The sessions provided a platform for interaction on Esko's current products, roadmap from a development point of view, current status and planned developments in the future.
