The digital printer, which moved to a new site in Sleaford in May and now employs nine staff across two sites, said that capital investment and a growing demand for shorter runs had enabled it to grow in a tough economic climate.
DPS managing director Matt Savage added: "We have not let the economic downturn dampen our spirits.
"We are always on the lookout for new business and have invested heavily in new premises and state-of-the-art technology to ensure DPS is a dominant force in the market place."
In the past six months the company has invested in a new Xerox 700 digital colour press to run alongside its DocuColor 242, as well as folding, creasing and card cutting equipment from Morgana.
Following last month's acquisition of Boston-based PrimePrint, DPS has started to transfer work from the litho printer's Ryobi presses to its DocuColor 242 machine. Matt Savage, managing director of DPS said that he wanted a full digital set-up at the Boston site by December.
Savage said that he was undecided on whether to continue litho printing at the satellite office and added that he wanted a full digital set-up at the site by December.
"We're also planning on employing a web designer and I'd like to open more satellite offices in and around Lincolnshire over the next few years," he added.
