The UK demonstation suite will be set up at the company’s Bradford headquarters and is expected to be up and running from April, while the German facility, which is planned to open in May, will be located in Bensheim.
Dantex said the demonstration suites would be staffed by expert personnel and equipped with a complete digital label pre-press, printing and finishing system. Each site will be able to provide in-depth demonstrations, training and label substrate testing services.
"We have experienced a fantastic and positive response to the Truepress Jet L350UV press. Everywhere we have shown the high-quality samples we have had exceptional feedback. As a result of our confidence in the press, response from the industry and sales expectations, we are investing in two digital label printing demo suites," said Dantex chairman Richard Danon.
According to Dantex, the Jet L350UV is the fastest digital label press on the market, outputting labels at up to 16sqm/min on a 350mm-wide web. The machine offers "photo-realistic quality, fast job turnarounds and stable output", the company said.
Dantex was appointed as a distributor of the Drupa 2012-launched Truepress Jet L350UV in June last year and markets the machine across much of Europe.
